| My name is Mark, I`m 44 years old and I train myself at home three times a week using a large variety of equipment e.g. ballast ball, BOSU, dumbells, TwistSticks, press ups bars and balance disks (using the same equipmement I use for my clients and developing new exercise routines). My hobbies hobbies include self development (e.g. life coaching), fitness and wellness research (e.g. motivation, positive attitude, nutrition) and writing articles/books, mountain biking, internet marketing and developing websites. |

| I offer client training at all levels from begineers to advanced. I have developed unique exercise routines and levels of difficulties to suit everyone. Typical client goals include weight loss, toning up and improved health and fitness. |
